Identity Barber shop was founded by Carlos “Los” Gaxiola, accomplished Master Barber from Southeast Los Angeles. “I’ve been cutting hair and working at perfecting my craft on all hair types since High School. With more than 15 years of experience there isn’t a hairstyle you can envision that we can’t realize… ‘if it’s conceivable, it’s achievable.’” Los opened Identity with the vision to see people of all ages and walks of life develop and mature into their created purpose. At the Army it’s be all that you can be; here it’s “be all that you are.” We pride ourselves on helping others reach their full potential; and know that this begins with a good grooming. By helping our customers feel competent and look good, we believe we set them up to be confident and do good.Every Barber at Identity understands the value of customer service. Being on time for appointments, available during all working hours, and keeping consistency in haircuts are 3 of the main things that characterize the unique benefits our customers enjoy. We specialize in clipper fades, scissor cuts, straight razor detailing, & hot towel shaves, and always provide the best service and value to our customers. Great app. Easy to set set appointments and type of treatment you want.
Not just for the guys. As a woman who's been rocking the short hair for ages, it's been hard to find a barber who not only knows how to cut to flatter a woman's face, but isn't afraid to. Unfortunately most salons are willing to put hair on a head, not shave it all off. To say that I was surprised and very satisfied with how the barber, Mister Veazie, cut and styled me is an understatement. In fact, I'm so pleased that I kind of feel guilty for "cheating" on my regular barber. The staff here is super professional, on time and courteous. The app is perfect, so booking an appointment is effortless. The decor is sophisticated yet relaxed, and the shop offers amenities like facials (because guys do mask and steam) as well as massages. And if you're a footie (soccer) fan, definitely talk with Carlos, who is super knowledgeable about the sport.

I have been cutting my hair with the owner Carlos for years now. In between I've gotten hair cuts by other local barbers but never felt the satisfaction that I get when I get my cut with Carlos. Great person, Awesome service and the location is convenient.
